Elias, John M. Attorney

Mr. Elias is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by the Certification and Designation Committee of The Florida Bar and has over 25 years experience specializing in general civil litigation matters. While with the Law Firm of Greene, Mann, Rowe, Stanton & Mastry, Mr. Elias specialized in representing insurance companies and major corporations such as Seaboard Coastal Railroad and Florida Power Corporation in personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and professional negligence cases. Since 1983, Mr. Elias has concentrated his efforts in representing Plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death and professional negligence cases. Mr. Elias also practices in the area of municipal law. He has been the City Attorney for the City of Seminole since 1981 and also serves as the City Attorney for the Town of Belleair Shore and as a Special Master for the City of St. Petersburg Beach. Mr. Elias is a Certified Mediator in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has experience in mediating negligence and contract disputes, including insurance coverage issues.
